WORKOUT VIDEOS COMING SOOONN. Video by the amazing @alexandersworik ✨ (full video on his page) - Working out is something I’m super passionate about. I love it! It isn't always pretty???? there’s sweat, extra chins and me trying to look even kind of mean/tough is just hilariouss???????????????? I am not a personal trainer nor do I think my body is in any way “perfect” but that’s the point, work for progress not perfection!!! ???????? Everyone needs to start somewhere. I get tons of fitness related questions so I’m going to try to start posting more about it. I have spent years working out, many of them not knowing what to do and wasting hours at the gym doing cardio.. I feel like I'm now finally figuring it out ????????✨ so I'd love to help even one other gal learn what to do, so stay tuned for videos of my favourite workouts ???? ????????????✨ (turn on post notifications????) & tell me if you have any requests!!! - Braids @somahairco / Tan @lashqueenstudio / Video @alexandersworik
